While playing The Sinking City 2, you will find many safes, combination locks, and other puzzles that need to be solved. These safes and locks contain useful items like weapon upgrades or crafting supplies. You may need to open some locks to continue the story.

Flooded City
Apartment 5 Safe Code
When you are exploring the flooded Arkham, a safe can be found inside Apartment 5.
The code for the safe is: 1908
Enter the code to open the safe and collect the items inside.
Floodgate Lock Code
You’ll come across a combination lock on the floodgate while exploring the flooded city.
Use: 1672
This lock is part of your progression, so you’ll need to open it to continue through the area.
Devil’s Reef Hotel Room 301 Safe
There is another safe inside the Devil’s Reef Hotel, in Room 301.
The combination password is: 2137
Enter the four-digit code to open the safe and collect its reward.
Hospital
Brain Puzzle Frequencies
The Hospital section has a strange brain-related puzzle where you need to enter three frequencies in the correct order.
Use: 13 → 05 → 36
Enter the numbers in this exact order to solve the puzzle.
Hospital Storage Room Lock
You can find a locked storage room in the Hospital.
The code is: 1308
Enter the code to open the lock and access the supplies inside.
Fish Market
The Fish Market has many different puzzles and combination locks, so you can easily get stuck if you don’t know the correct answers.
“Ezekiel” Office Symbol Code
The office puzzle related to Ezekiel uses symbols instead of numbers.
Select the symbols in this order:
Lighthouse → Ropes → Starfish → Octopus
Use this sequence to unlock the puzzle.
Salt Storage Wooden Door Code
The Salt Storage door uses Roman numerals instead of normal numbers.
The correct sequence is:
I → IV → IX → XVI
These represent 1, 4, 9, and 16, which are the first four square numbers.
Make sure you enter the symbols in the exact order shown above.
Fish Market Locker Room Safe
You’ll find another safe inside the Fish Market’s Locker Room.
Use: 1496
Enter the four-digit code to open the safe.
Office Safe During the “Memory”
During the Memory section, you’ll come across a safe inside the office.
Enter 6294 to open the safe and continue your investigation.
Holloway Manor DLC
The Holloway Manor is a separate DLC investigation for The Sinking City 2. It takes place in an old mansion outside Arkham and adds its own puzzles and secrets.
Holloway Manor Safe Code
There is a safe inside Holloway Manor.
You can enter 1890 to open the safe.
Occult Candles Puzzle
You’ll find another puzzle in Holloway Manor which asks you to light the occult candles in the correct order.
Light them from smallest to largest:
I → VII → V → O
Follow this sequence to complete the candle puzzle.
Brain Puzzle — Wireless Room Frequencies
Inside the Hospital, you can find the Wireless Room, where three brains are connected to a strange machine.
Interact with all three brains first and listen to their information. Then use the machine below them to enter the correct frequencies.
The solution is: 13 → 05 → 36
Enter the frequencies in this exact order:
- First frequency: 13
- Second frequency: 05
- Third frequency: 36
When you enter all three frequencies correctly, the Brain Puzzle will be solved, and you can collect the reward from the machine.
