Cupid Parasite has five main romance routes, many Common Route endings, and a Secret Route that only unlocks when you’ve finished all five main routes. The choices can get confusing because some answers and chapters only appear after certain routes are cleared.
The recommended play order is Shelby / Ryuki → Gill → Raul → Allan → Secret Route. Raul is locked during the first playthrough, and some later choices only become available after you clear specific routes.
I’ve listed the important choices and save points in this Cupid Parasite complete walkthrough so you can reach the different endings without replaying the whole game.
Before you start: Some choices are unavailable during your first playthrough. You also do not need to repeat the Common Route endings once you have already unlocked them.
