Once inside, check the drawers and look for a newspaper clipping. It contains a report about a family that died in a fire on the evening of the 13th. The date needed for the safe code is September 13, 1987.

You’ll find the Corridor Key from the safe, which you need to continue the puzzle and reach Henry’s bedroom.
Where to Use the Corridor Key
Take the Corridor Key to the locked door across from the shop. Use it to open the door and complete the first part of the lobby puzzle.
This step is important because Henry’s Room Key will not spawn in the secret office until you open this door in the same save file. If you search for the key before completing this part, you may not find it.
How to Find Henry’s Room Key
After opening the corridor door across from the shop, look for a secret office containing a bookshelf. The office appears randomly, so you may need to explore different areas to find it.
Follow these steps once you discover the office:
- Find the bookshelf. Look for a book you can interact with.
- Activate the book. This reveals a hidden office area.
- Check the table and cabinets. Henry’s Room Key can appear on the table or inside one of the cabinets.
- Pick up the key. Once you have it, return to the locked door leading to Henry’s bedroom.
