Breadwalk has more than 30 achievements that you can unlock in your normal walkthrough. However, some of them require additional steps, and failing to do so will not unlock the achievement. Some choices can also lead you into different outcomes, so make sure to create save points at the right time. This Breadwalk walkthrough below follows the full game in order and includes every achievement, hidden interaction, and both endings.
Before starting
- Turn Always Dash ON from the Options menu.
- If the game gets stuck in fullscreen, press F4 to switch to windowed mode.
Breadwalk All Achievements Unlock Tips
House
The game begins inside your house.
Before doing anything else, inspect every object in the first room.
Achievement
- Inspector – Examine every item in the first room.
Now continue with the story.
- Show Espe your room.
- Interact with the clothes near the mirror.
The cat runs away next.
Chase it and trap it inside the bathroom. Catch it within 30 seconds.
Achievement
- Fastest Hands in Town – Catch the cat within 30 seconds.
After catching the cat:
- Pick up the flowers from the bathroom sink.
- Listen to the cassette player beside the TV.
Achievement
- Existential… what? – Listen to the cassette player.
Leave the house through the bottom exit.
Outside Area 1
Start by petting the giant cat.
Achievement
- Rmyaw! – Pet the Catzilla.
Next, inspect the note on the left wall.
Achievement
- The Keys to Your Fate – Read the mysterious note.
Read the nearby cat poster.
Achievement
- Have You Seen This Cat? – Find a cat poster.
There is another poster between the two orange doors. Inspect it.

Outside Area 2
Talk to the man at the kiosk.

Now interact with the nearby barrel.

Outside Area 3
You’ll see a ball lying on the ground.
Save 1: Create your first save here.
Choice 1: Kick the ball up.

Reload Save 1.
Choice 2: Kick the ball left.

- Retarded – Kick the ball in the wrong direction.
Reload Save 1 again.
Choice 3: Ignore the ball completely.
Nothing will happen immediately, but this choice is needed later for the Deaf achievement.
Continue exploring.
Talk to the woman sitting on the bench.

Now talk to the blue-haired woman at the car wash.

Leave to the right.
Cemetery
Talk to the dog near the entrance.

Walk to the right side and inspect the DEV statue.

Leave to the right.

Skip the meat.

Talk to the doctor standing on the right.
He mentions Memento Mori.
Enter the train.
An arcade machine is inside.

Tips Before You Finish
- Create save points exactly where mentioned to avoid replaying large sections.
- The ball choice, meat route, and pumpkin choices are all missable, so don’t skip the save points.
- If you’re aiming for 100% completion, finish both the normal ending and the secret Breadwalk ending before closing the game.
