The Raccoon Collector achievement requires you to find 10 hidden Raccoon Statues scattered across the map. Most of them sit in plain sight, but a few hide behind buildings or blend into the environment, so they are easy to miss during a normal playthrough.
This guide shows the location of every Raccoon Statue so you can unlock the achievement without searching the entire map again.
Note: Some screenshots from the original community guide were taken after collecting the statues. The locations remain the same even if the statue is no longer visible.
All Raccoon Collector Locations
1. Broken Waterwheel (Birch Grove)
Head to the broken waterwheel near the Birch Grove house.
Walk behind the waterwheel and check the back side. You can find the first Raccoon Statue sitting there.
2. Cannon (Birch Grove)
Stay in Birch Grove and find the old cannon.
The second Raccoon Statue stands directly in front of it, so you should spot it immediately.
3. Tree Stump Near the Coffee Machine (Oak Forest)
Travel to Oak Forest and locate the coffee machine.
Look at the tree stump on the left side of the machine. The third Raccoon Statue rests on top of it.
Many players missed this one because it blends into the surroundings.
4. Communications Tower (Oak Forest)
Go to the communications tower beside the Oak Forest house.
Walk behind the tower to find another hidden Raccoon Statue.
5. Cart Left of the Oak Forest House
Start at the communications tower.
From there, walk straight to the left until you reach a wooden cart.
The fifth Raccoon Statue sits inside the cart.
If you keep moving left from the tower, you will eventually reach it.
6. Snowman (Dark Forest)
Travel to the Dark Forest and look for the snowman.
The Raccoon Statue hides inside it.
Hit the snowman with your axe or chainsaw to reveal the collectible.
7. Upgrade Bench (Dark Forest House)
Enter the Dark Forest house.
Check the stool beside the upgrade bench.
The next Raccoon Statue sits on top of the stool.
8. Handcart Near the Final Spruce (Dark Forest)
Find the final spruce tree in the Dark Forest.
Look at the nearby handcart and inspect the barrier at the end closest to the tree.
You’ll find another Raccoon Statue there.
9. Half-Sunken Dock (Path to the Lighthouse)
Take the path that leads to the Lighthouse from Oak Forest.
Before you reach the Lighthouse, you’ll see a small half-sunken dock extending into the water.
The ninth Raccoon Statue sits on one of the dock posts while facing the sea.
This is one of the easiest collectibles to overlook because many players walk past the dock without checking it.
10. Lighthouse Exterior
Go to the Lighthouse.
Walk around the outside of the building and check the left side.
The final Raccoon Statue is resting there.
Raccoon Collector Achievement Reward
Once you collect all 10 Raccoon Statues, the Raccoon Collector achievement will unlock automatically.
If the achievement doesn’t appear right away, leave the area or reload your save. It should unlock after the game updates your collectible progress.
My Personal Tips for Finding Every Raccoon Statue
- Collect them as you explore each area instead of returning later.
- Check behind buildings, towers, and large objects before moving on.
- Visit the half-sunken dock on the way to the Lighthouse. Many players skip this location.
- Break the Dark Forest snowman with your axe or chainsaw, or you’ll miss the statue hidden inside.
