If you want to go through the different areas of the game, it can be challenging for you. You need a specific keycard to unlock the main gates.
In this guide, you’ll find the locations of all the important Access Keycards and general items in the Clawed game. This page will help you find all the required items without wasting time searching the entire map.
Main Gate Access Card Location
You need to find the main gate access card to enter Prehistoria. You can find this key inside the caretaker’s house, and this will also be the first house that you’ll find on this path.
Enter the house and interact with the Telephone. This should unlock the gate on the right side. Go inside the room, and you’ll find the access card lying on the bed.
You can also inspect the house to find more items, such as a piece of cloth, ammo, or a gun.
Wrench Location
While exploring the Pier Access Tunnel, you’ll find a steam valve that needs to be turned. However, it requires a wrench, and you have to find it in the tunnel.
To find the wrench, explore the tunnel until you find a staircase. Go ahead, and you’ll find an iron gate. Keep going and enter the gate that has two valves.
There you’ll find a first aid kit and the wrench.
Maintenance Key Location
You will find a note regarding the location of the Maintenance Key. The key is hanging on a hook in the Maintenance shed.
The shed is located behind the Temple Tumble attraction.
First of all, go and find the dinosaur statues in the resort area. This is basically a puzzle, and you need to solve it to enter the Temple Tumble. Keep trying different combinations by rotating the valves, and once the puzzle is solved, the temple’s gate will open.
Hint: To solve the puzzle, face the dinos in the direction shown by its matching color-coded photo frame.
Do not simply point each dinosaur toward the frame itself. The dinosaur’s direction needs to match the direction shown in the corresponding picture.
Once all the dinosaurs are correctly aligned, the entrance to Temple Tumble opens.
Now you have to make your way through the Temple Tumble to reach the maintenance shed. It will not be easy to find the shed, as you need to finish the maze, open the correct doors, and then crawl through them.
After entering the maintenance shed, search the entire area, and you’ll find the key hanging on a hook. The key is very short, and you can miss it easily, so inspect every object carefully.
Resort Manager’s Key
After getting the Maintenance Key, you can also visit the villas in the resort area.
Go to the right side of the villa complex and cross the wooded bridge toward Villa 1.
This is the Resort Manager’s Villa.
Go upstairs and look for the Resort Manager’s Key.
This key gives you access to the other villas. Some of the nearby villas contain useful supplies, including ammo and a shotgun.
Armory Clearance LVL 3 Location
You’ll find this in the upstairs office of the Prehistoria Control building.
Herbivore Haven Keycard Location
This keycard can also be found in the same upstairs office of the Prehistoria Control building.
Check the accessible offices in the control building after progressing the power and security objectives.
If you are looking for this card because a quest says you need it, make sure you have completed the required power objectives first.
Health Stim #1 Location
You can find this at the end of the Tree Top Trek. Look at all the items carefully, and you’ll find it.
Green Security Keycard Location
The Green Security Keycard is connected to the Paleo Falls section.
Do not treat Paleo Falls access and the Green Security Card pickup as the same step.
Follow the current progression into the Paleo Falls route, then search the research bunker and the Dino Bites area after the ferry section for the Green Security Card.
If your current objective is still blocking the entrance, complete the preceding power and enclosure objectives first instead of searching for a nonexistent alternate card.
Therizone Keycard Location
The Therizone Keycard is found in the Paleo Falls research bunker.
Search the bunker carefully rather than only checking the main desk.
Once you have the card, continue through the Therizone route and use the available exits to progress toward the next section.
How to Leave Therizone?
If you reach the back of Therizone and cannot see where to go next, do not think that the R4 train station is the exit.
Go to the very back of the Therizone and look for the route leading toward the dock area.
The route can be easy to miss because the train station blocks the obvious path.
If a small bridge or dock connection is available in your current progression, extend it and use it to reach the next gate.
Sunken Forest Keycard Location
This can be found in the Therizone research bunker.
Golden Spino
The Golden Spino can be found in the Sunken Forest tunnels while progressing toward Baryonyx Basin.
Sunken Forest Aquarium Keycard Location
When you reach the Baryonyx Basin, check the research bunker, and you can find this keycard hanging on a hook.
Crowbar Location
The Crowbar is found in the Spinosaurus research bunker. I will add the specific location very soon.
Central Tunnel Access Key Location
After using the Crowbar on the pipe entrance to escape the Spino paddock, you will need the Central Tunnel Access Key.
Go to Ranger Station 3.
The key is on one of the desks on the second floor.
Golden Gali
Take the swamp tour from Baryonyx Basin to Sucho Swamp. After a while, you’ll reach a pit stop. Get out of the boat and follow the trail until you reach a maintenance shed. The Golden Gali will be inside, at the back.
Golden T-Rex
Use the crowbar on the pipe next to the entrance to Sunken Forest from Main Street.
Armory Clearance LVL 2
You can find it inside the Ranger Command in Prehistoria Control.
Golden Pachy
Found inside the Administration Office in Prehistoria Control.
Golden Brach
Inside one of the portable buildings at Dock A.
Herbivore Valley Keycard Location
After riding the barge from Dock A, enter the portable building in the area.
The Herbivore Valley Keycard can be found there.
However, having this card does not necessarily mean you can immediately enter every part of Herbivore Valley.
Some gates still require the appropriate Security Card.
If you already have the Herbivore Valley Access Card but a gate asks for the Blue Security Card, you are not missing another Herbivore Valley Access Card. The two items serve different purposes.
Continue your progression through the connected areas and obtain the Blue Security Card before trying to force your way through the locked security gate.
Yellow Security Keycard Location
In Herbivore Valley, at the westernmost antenna tower.
Museum Key Location
Inside a shelter in Herbivore Valley.
Blue Security Keycard
Inside a shelter in Herbivore Valley.
Armory Clearance LVL 1
Inside the Scheduling Room in Prehistoria Control.
Health Stim #2
Found in the HR Room of Prehistoria Control.
Golden Parasuar
Inside one of the back offices in the Museum.
Upper Main Street Keycard
On the floor at the end of the Museum path.
Scuba Gear
On the ground just before you enter the water at Megalodon Lagoon.
Carnivore Kingdom Keycard
Go to the far back-right side of Megalodon Lagoon. The keycard is inside the wrecked helicopter.
Aviary Keycard
Reach the end of the Monsters of the Deep path and turn on the power to access it.
Grappling Hook
The Grappling Hook is found at the Ranger Station near the entrance to the Aviary.
Pick it up before moving deeper into the late-game areas.
Note: If you are following the path after the Aviary and cannot find the correct climbing route, do not assume every visible grapple point is part of the solution.
Some grapple points lead to dead ends or optional areas.
Use the route that continues the main path instead of trying to climb every available surface.
Golden Deino
On the counter in the second-floor bathroom inside the Aviary.
Golden Stego
Enter Monsters of the Deep from the Aviary and take the right door. Check the corner of the viewing room.
Black Security Keycard
The Black Security Keycard requires you to collect all the Golden Dino Toys.
Once you have collected them, take the toys to the toy store.
Place the Golden Dino Toys there to open the locked room containing the Black Security Keycard.
After getting the card, you can use it at the top of the escalator.
T-Rex Domain Keycard
The T-Rex Domain Keycard is inside the Dilo Den research bunker.
When navigating this section, be careful with directional instructions from older guides.
For example, after passing through the Dilo Den route, the relevant gate is immediately to the left, not the right.
This small direction mistake can send you running around the area looking for a gate that is actually behind you.
Gondola Keycard
Inside the shelter at T-Rex Domain.
Red Security Keycard
From T-Rex Domain, take the small ride from the docks, and you’ll reach the T-Rex area. The keycard is on the couch.
Clawed Data Drive
Go to the CEO Office and solve the puzzle to open the secret door.
