Most achievements in The World Well: Blood of Caro unlock naturally as you progress through the story. However, a few achievements are tied to specific choices, menu interactions, or optional dialogue.
If you want to unlock every achievement in a single playthrough, make sure to use the choices listed below. The table also shows exactly when and what you have to select to unlock the missable achievements. No major story spoilers are included.
