Are you bored of using the default weapons in RIG Riot and want to try something different? The game has several hidden weapons that you can find across the tutorial, arenas, and main missions.
You can easily spot some of them by exploring the map, while others are tucked away in hard-to-reach places. Here’s the location of all hidden weapons in RIG Riot and the achievement you unlock after finding it.
There From The Start
You can find this weapon near the end of the tutorial level.
Go to the back-right corner of the area and look underneath the platform. The weapon can be found sitting on the ground below it.
Once you pick it up, the Straight and Narrow achievement will also be unlocked.
Down Range
This weapon is hidden in the firing range, high above the extraction pad.
Check near the top of the skybox, just above the extraction area. You’ll need good boosters to reach this weapon.
Collecting the weapon also unlocks Sunshower.
We Got Encaged!
This weapon can be found in the Bandit Cage Match arena.
When you spawn, take a right and head toward the opposite end of the arena. Look underneath the collapsed building to find this secret weapon.
You can also unlock the Propagator achievement after picking this weapon.
Cut Corner
Go to the Corporate Crossroads arena for this weapon.
Head toward the back corner of the map. The weapon is sitting at ground level, so you can spot it once you reach the area.
Collecting it also unlocks Rainstorm.
Box Cutter
This is the last hidden weapon in the arena section, and you can find it inside the militia holding cell.
After spawning, look behind the back-right pillar. The weapon is hidden there and can be easy to miss if you move through the area quickly.
Picking it up unlocks the folding blade.
Precarious Situation
You can find this weapon in The Wastes.
From the spawn point, look toward the opposite side of the area. You’ll find a small village with four explosive barrels at the back.
The weapon is hidden behind the barrels.
Collecting it unlocks the KRS Plasma Cannon.
For Safekeeping
This weapon is hidden in The Facility.
From the ground-level spawn, go toward the opposite side until you reach a long road with a ramp at both ends.
Go underneath the far side of the road and check the area opposite the wall. The weapon is hidden underneath the road.
Achievement unlocked: Energy Revolver.
Lost In Transit
This can be found in The Prison, lying on top of a group of cargo boxes.
Stay in the section where you spawn, which is the lowermost circle on the map. Look for a pile of cargo boxes with three stacks of long crates in front of it.
The hidden weapon is on top of those cargo boxes.
Achievement unlocked: Armageddon.
Busted
This weapon is hidden in The Guts.
Look for the second-lowest platform on the map. A large pillar is positioned there, and the weapon is hidden behind it on a small platform.
Once you collect it, you unlock the Mega Launcher.
Overwhelming Power
The final hidden weapon is in The Nexus, but you need to finish the main objectives first.
Go through The Nexus and complete all the major objectives. Then head to the center of the map and complete the boss fight.
After the fight and the following light show, the weapon will drop onto the ground from the small rig you fought.
Achievement unlocked: Siege Cannon.
