To get the Cold Calling achievement in SILENT HILL: Townfall, you need to call the required phone numbers as you progress through the game. The numbers can appear across Parts 1–4, and you can find them on notes, documents, maps, and in phone booths.
You can enter a number without finding its source first, but you cannot use it before the Part where that number is meant to be used. Some numbers also require you to call 496 first to reveal the remaining digits.
Here are all the Silent Hill: Townfall Cold Calling phone numbers, their names, and where you can find them.
Part 1: Phone Numbers
900 — Emergency Services
You can find this number at the first phone booth.
