Lost & Found: A This Bed We Made Story has 20+ achievements that you can unlock, and some of them are easy to miss during a normal playthrough. To unlock some achievements, you need to inspect every clue before cleaning a room, while others ask you to return stolen items to the correct owners or make specific dialogue choices.

The good news is that you don’t have to figure everything out on your own. In this guide, you’ll find all Lost & Found achievement requirements, missable steps, puzzle answers, and the cleaning checklist. By the end of this article, you’ll be able to complete 100% of the game without missing anything.

Lost & Found: A This Bed We Made Story All Achievements

Sophie’s Back!

You can unlock this first achievement by starting a New Game and carrying over your choices from This Bed We Made.

Once you import your previous save, the achievement will unlock immediately.

Lost and Found

Finish the game and watch the ending. This achievement will unlock only after the credits, so don’t quit as soon as the final scene ends.

Pen Pals in Crime

This achievement only unlocks if you import a very specific save.

When you start a new game:

• Choose that you already played This Bed We Made.
• Select the option where Sophie went to prison.

After your first conversation with Caleb and your boss, your shift will officially begin. Before cleaning any cabins, make sure to walk into the steward’s supply closet where you can find the towels, trays, and other supplies.

Check the shelf beside the towels and read the note you find there.

You won’t receive this achievement right away. It will unlock after finishing the game.

A Clean Slate

Start a new game without importing any choices from This Bed We Made.

Simply select that you haven’t played This Bed We Made before.

Missable Achievements

These achievements can easily be missed during a normal playthrough. Try to complete them before moving the story too far.

Keep in mind that some of them also unlock after the final credits of the game.

No Evidence Tampering

Grant Hudson’s cabin has many important clues that you should inspect before cleaning them.

First, inspect every object in the cabin, especially the mysterious red stains. When you have examined every object and found any clue, you can start cleaning the red stains.

If you clean the cabin without inspecting, this achievement will not unlock.

A Real Connoisseur

This achievement is also related to Grant Hudson’s cabin.

Search the room carefully and inspect every important clue until you uncover the cabin’s hidden secret.

Take your time here. If you miss a single interactive object, it can stop the achievement from unlocking.

The Bell of the Ball

Every occupied cabin has a service bell outside the door.

Ring each occupied cabin’s bell once.

After you’ve rung all of them, return to the Stewards’ Pantry and inspect the call light panel.

The achievement will unlock after checking the panel.

Sugar On Top

You’ll prepare coffee for Mr. Adams during your shift.

Mr. Adams prefers sugar to his coffee.

So you have to remember one simple detail:

Add sugar to his coffee.

Through the Grapevine

You have to complete two objectives to unlock this one.

First, investigate Grant Hudson’s cabin and inspect every object, drawer, painting, stain, etc inside. (I assume that you may have completed this step earlier.)

Once you learn enough about Grant, visit Virginia Adams and choose the dialogue options that let you gossip about him.

The achievement will unlock after that conversation.

I Have Friends Everywhere

Don’t leave dishes around the ship.

Collect every:

• Cup
• Glass
• Tray table

Return all of them to the Stewards’ Pantry before finishing your shift.

If this achievement doesn’t pop up, make sure to double-check each cabin and the hallways since it’s easy to overlook a single item.

The Chute Has Been Fed

You may find many dirty towels in several cabins.

Pick up every dirty towel you see and throw them into the laundry chute.

These Beds Are Made

Every guest cabin contains a bed that needs to be straightened.

Make every bed during your shift.

This also counts toward the Super Stewardess achievement later.

Free as a Beard

While exploring Virginia Adams’ cabin (A-307), you’ll find pieces of a torn letter.

Make sure to collect every piece, reassemble the letter, and then read it.

Once you read the letter, this achievement will unlock.

To Catch a Thief

You have to continue playing the game and investigate until you discover who stole the missing belongings.

The achievement will unlock automatically once you identify the thief during the story.

Matchmaker

This achievement has a few requirements, so check them carefully.

Before you enter Irene Santorelli’s cabin (A-303), visit Virginia Adams’ cabin (A-307) first.

Search the room and collect every piece of the torn letter.

You can find the pieces in these locations:

• One piece on the floor.
• One on the bedside table.
• One beside the bed after arranging the sheets.

Reassemble the letter and read it.

Later, when speaking with Irene, a new dialogue option will appear:

“Maybe you should talk to Mrs. Adams.”

Select this choice.

The conversation encourages Irene to meet Virginia, and the Matchmaker achievement will unlock after completing the game.

Super Stewardess

This is one of the hardest achievements in the game. The biggest problem is that the achievement doesn’t unlock immediately. Even if you clean everything inside the cabin, it only appears at the end of the game.

I recommend you create a manual save right before returning the stolen items. If the achievement doesn’t unlock, reload that save instead of replaying the whole game.

Before finishing the chapter, check every cabin, hallway, lobby area, and the Steward’s Pantry one last time. Even if you miss a single ashtray, towel, cup, pillow, or trash can, the achievement will not unlock.

The developer also confirmed that many players forget to clean the public areas, not just the guest cabins.

Hallways and Steward’s Pantry Checklist

Complete all of these tasks:

• Empty the ashtray on the desk inside the Steward’s Pantry.
• Straighten the cushion near the large Orpheus and Eurydice painting.
• Pick up the cup beside the same painting.
• Empty the ashtray on the coffee table near the hotel flyers.
• Pick up the tray and both cups outside Cabin A-311.

Cabin A-301 – Grant Hudson

Grant’s room has the longest cleaning list in the game.

Complete every task before leaving.

• Deliver the telegram by placing it on the desk.
• Collect all three dirty towels.
• Replace them with clean towels on the bathroom shelf.
• Scrub the bathtub.
• Straighten the bathroom rug.
• Clean both mysterious red stains on the carpet.
• Put the cleaning supplies back where they belong.
• Pick up the coffee cup.
• Empty the ashtray.
• Clean the toilet in the small room beside the bed.
• Make the bed.

Before cleaning the red stains, remember to inspect every clue if you’re also working toward No Evidence Tampering and A Real Connoisseur achievement.

Cabin A-303 – Irene Santorelli

• Throw away the empty champagne bottle.
• Return the wine glass and serving tray.
• Pick up the dirty towel.
• Place fresh towels on the bathroom shelf.
• Clean the bathtub.
• Remove all rose petals from the tub.
• Empty the ashtray.
• Pick up Irene’s coffee cup after speaking with her.

Don’t forget that the coffee cup only appears after your conversation.

Cabin A-305 – Francesca

Complete the following:

• Empty the trash can.
• Throw away the discarded eulogy notes.
• Empty the ashtray.
• Make the bed.
• Blow out the candle.
• Throw away the Clarington flyer.
• Pick up the dirty towel.
• Replace it with clean towels.
• Clean the bathtub.
• Clean the toilet.

Cabin A-307 – Virginia and Ethan Adams

• Pick up the teacup.
• Empty the ashtray.
• Straighten the cushion beside Virginia’s chair.
• Throw away the empty wine bottle.
• Return the two wine glasses and serving tray near the door.
• Empty the trash can.
• Clean the toilet.
• Make the bed.
• Pick up the tissue beside the bed.
• Collect the wine glass from the bedside table.

Don’t leave until you’ve checked every corner of the room.

Cabin A-311 – The Gianninis

• Pick up the dirty towel.
• Place clean towels on the bathroom shelf.
• Clean the bathtub.
• Put the soap back onto the shelf.
• Clean the toilet.

Tips for Unlocking Super Stewardess

Many players miss this achievement because of one small object.

Before finishing your shift, double-check these items:

• You made every bed.
• You emptied every ashtray.
• You emptied every trash can.
• You collected every dirty towel.
• You placed every cushion back in its place.
• You returned every cup, glass, and tray.
• You delivered all telegrams.
• You cleaned every bathtub and toilet.
• You returned every stolen item to the correct owner.

Once you’re sure you’ve completed the steps above, continue the story. The achievement should unlock after the credits.

On A Lighter Note

This achievement can be easily missed because it starts in the employee area rather than in a guest cabin.

Pick up the lighter inside the Steward’s Pantry during your shift.

Later, return Teresa’s lighter to her locker.

The Piano Teacher

You can only unlock this achievement if Sophie starts the game without a previous relationship carried over from This Bed We Made.

During your conversations with coworkers, choose the flirting dialogues when they appear.

Failing Upwards

When you’ve recovered the stolen belongings, return the wrong items to the wrong cabins.

Gary will become angry and respond by promoting Sophie to keep her away from the passengers’ rooms.

That’s all you need to do to unlock this achievement.

A Job Well Done

This is the opposite outcome of Failing Upwards.

Return every stolen item to its correct owner.

Once Gary sees that you’ve handled the thief situation correctly, he’ll promote Sophie, and you’ll unlock the achievement.

Make sure to return the stolen item to the below cabins:

I Was Never There

Finding clues isn’t enough. Now you also have to erase every sign that Sophie searched through the cabins.

Before leaving each room, restore everything exactly as you found it.

The Gianninis’ Cabin (A-311)

• Close the air vent.
• Put the key back inside the toilet tank.
• Close the toilet reservoir lid.
• Close the baby shoe box.
• Close the suitcase filled with olive oil.

Grant Hudson’s Cabin (A-301)

• Close the chest containing the grape boxes.
• Return the key to the bedroom closet.

Virginia and Ethan Adams’ Cabin (A-307)

After collecting and reading Virginia’s torn letter, don’t keep it.

Throw the completed letter into the trash before leaving the cabin.

If you keep the letter in your inventory or inside the room, it will count as evidence that Sophie snooped through the guests’ belongings.

A-303 Box Combination

The correct password is: cocco

The box will open immediately after entering the correct word.

Stolen Item Locations

During the thief investigation, you’ll recover three missing belongings.

Return them to these cabins:

Returning every item to its correct owner is required for A Job Well Done and also helps with Super Stewardess.

Final Words

Before completing the final objective, make one last sweep through the ship.

Check every cabin, hallway, lobby, and the Steward’s Pantry. Pay close attention to ashtrays, trash cans, cushions, towels, cups, telegrams, beds, and stolen items. Many achievements, especially Super Stewardess and I Was Never There, don’t unlock because of one forgotten object.
