How to Unlock the Behind Stairs Secret?
First of all, you’ll need the Telescope to unlock this secret.
The Telescope takes a while to unlock because it requires you to complete several side quests.
Follow these steps in order:
- Complete the Villagers’ Petitions.
- Finish the Red Cat and Raccoon quests.
- Talk to the Red Cat and play Hide and Seek.
- Find the Red Cat three times.
- Receive the Fishing License as your reward.
- Go fishing and catch at least six different fish.
- Visit the Aquarium, which is the house on the left near the waterfall.
- Speak with the Red Cat again. He will thank you and will invite you to a secret party.
- Visit the Town Hall.
- Go to the second floor.
- Enter the last door on the right.
- Enter the password:
Password: Yellow
Inside the room, you will find The Owl and The Mouse.
Talk to the Paisley (Owl) about the party. After the conversation and your advice, the Owl will give you the Telescope.
Find the Hidden Phone Number
Take the Telescope to the train station.
Look near the bench where the person is trapped in concrete. Place the Telescope and scan the area carefully.
You are looking for an advertisement that says:

The hidden phone number is:

Call the Number
Return to the office where you can use the telephone.
Dial:
277-5944
The phone will start playing a Morse code message instead of a normal response.
The message translates to:
Behind the stairs. One minute.
Enter the Secret Area
Go downstairs after the call.
Stand behind the stairs and stay there for about one minute.
Once done, the screen will change, and your character will enter a strange hidden location.
Walk forward until you see a virtual helmet.
Interact with it to start the Endacopia secret puzzle.
Behind Stairs Puzzle Solution
You have to complete several puzzle boards.
Copy each board exactly as shown below to finish the puzzle.

Before you solve the final puzzle, click the smiley face.
The smiley icon looks broken when you first enter the puzzle. When you successfully solve a puzzle, the smiley slowly repairs itself. By the time you reach the seventh and final puzzle, the face is completely fixed.
So don’t forget to click the fully repaired smiley before finishing the last puzzle. This also reveals the final square you need to complete the puzzle. If you skip this step, the last square will never appear, and you won’t be able to finish the puzzle.
