The All Eyes achievement is tied to the secret ending in The Plant Shop. You need to find 6 eyes hidden across a few chapters and place them in the basement during the FINAL chapter.
You don’t have to replay the chapters from start to finish. Just pick up an eye, leave the chapter, and continue with the next one. Once you have all 6, go to FINAL and place them in the six spots.
You should already have seen the basement door with the sign and the 6 spots.
All Eye Locations in The Plant Shop
There are 6 eyes in total. Their locations are split between Day 3 House, Day 4 Restaurant, and the FINAL chapter.
Day 3 House – 2 Eyes
You can find two eyes in this chapter.
1. Inside the fridge
After entering the house, go to the kitchen and open the fridge. You can find the first eye inside.
2. Near the bathroom
Go into the bathroom and check the trash bin on the right side of the toilet seat. You will find the second eye in the trash bin.
Day 4 Restaurant – 1 Eye
3. Under the man’s seat
Find the man who gave you the seeds. Check underneath his seat to pick up the third eye.
FINAL Chapter – 3 Eyes
The remaining three eyes are all in the FINAL chapter.
4. Near the corpse
Look around the upper-right area near the corpse. You can find the fourth eye there.
5. Near the garbage containers
Go to the garbage containers and look on the floor. You will find the fifth eye in this area.
6. In the bathroom trash
Go into the bathroom and check the trash bin on the right side of the toilet seat. You can find the final eye inside.
How to Unlock the All Eyes Achievement
Once you have all six eyes, enter the FINAL chapter.
There is one important thing you need to avoid:
Do not pick up the body.
Go to the basement area with the door and the six spots. Now place all the 6 eyes there.
After placing them, the All Eyes achievement will unlock.
Also, you’ll unlock the Plant Shop Secret Ending too.
