Want to work from home as a worm? In Worming from Home, you play as a junior financial analyst, where you fill out spreadsheets, trade stocks, sleep in dirt, and deal with all kinds of weird office situations. As you progress, you can buy upgrades, improve your skills, and work your way toward a promotion.
It took me around 8 hours to complete the game and unlock all the achievements in my playthrough.
So if you want to unlock all achievements in Worming from Home, or just need help with a few of them, I’ve got you covered. Here, I have shared all the requirements and steps to unlock all story and secret achievements.
One important change: Wormhole Torment Mode is no longer an achievement after the 1.0.3 update. If you manage to complete it, then you will be given a special wall plaque instead.
Worming from Home All Achievements
Wake up in the plant pot and get familiar with the controls like W, S, A, and D. Use the left mouse button to interact with objects and the right mouse button to move the objects.
Welcome to Corporate Finance
Go near the computer, and you can see its password: worm123
Step on the keyboard and start typing the password. Move on the letters with W, S, A, and D, and when you are on a letter, press the left button. The worm will try to poke the letter. Once you type worm123, go near the Enter button and poke it.
The computer will start, and the achievement will unlock.
TOUCHDOWN!
Simply play the game and move around for roughly 100 meters. The achievement will unlock automatically as you continue playing. You don’t have to do anything specific for this one.
Luxury real estate
Buy the L-shaped table from the shop for $1,000.
Earn a total of $1000, move the mouse to the Cart icon on the computer, and purchase the L-shaped desk.
New friend
First, buy a printer and make sure you also have the L-shaped table.
Stand on top of the printer lid and press the green button on the printer. It will launch you toward the plant where the ladybug is located.
You don’t have to reach the ladybug directly for the achievement.
Wow, You’re Desperate
You need to respond to M.’s message within one minute of real time.
When you receive the message from your co-worker, make sure to reply as soon as possible and choose the shortest response available.
Water for the worms!
Drink three glasses of water in one day to unlock the drinking cap.
Once you have the cap, drink a glass of water from it to get the achievement.
Day trader
Buy or sell a total of 100 shares of any type within one day.
The shares can be from any available stock, so you don’t need to use a specific one.
Absolutely Massive
Unlock every Muscle Mass bonus by purchasing all available gym upgrades.
Once all the bonuses are unlocked, you’ll get the achievement.
Book Worm
Unlock all Financial Intuition bonuses.
Keep purchasing the available upgrades until you unlock the entire bonus tree.
Whole Lotta Worm
Go to the wormhole.
This achievement was originally connected to completing the Wormhole on Nightmare.
However, the Wormhole difficulty achievement was removed in a later update. You no longer need to complete Torment Mode for an achievement.
Would you still love me?
Start a relationship with M.
After spending some time communicating with her, M. will give you the number for a flower shop.
Call the flower shop and wait three days. M. will then ask if you sent her flowers.
Answer yes to unlock the achievement.
Valuable Work Experience
Buy 10 interns.
You can purchase interns through the shop. The achievement will unlock once you hire ten interns.
Kafkaesque
Send Steve, your boss, a signed contract.
Print the contract, sign it with anything you want, and place it face down under the printer lid. Then use the mouse to send the contract to Steve.
I love the earth
Buy the land for $2,000.
The land will become available to you three days after the purchase. Go there and talk to the character to unlock the achievement.
At a low start
You need to prepare everything for the video call.
Buy these items:
- Trampoline
- Video camera for $3,000
- Sound bar for $5,000
Use the trampoline to grab three pictures of a person from the shelf.
Ugh, Boooooooringgggg
Start a video call with your boss and then end the call. Do not complete the entire video call.
Check out this cool worm
Take a photo of yourself and send it to Steve.
Use the printer to scan yourself, then send the resulting image to Steve.
An absolute professional
Get an A+ rating during your video call.
Complete the call quickly and avoid mistakes to get the highest rating.
You can also unlock The Wall Street Worm at the same time if the call results in your promotion.
Worm of Wall Street
Get promoted to Financial Analysis Specialist.
Complete a video call with your boss. The achievement can unlock regardless of your rating, but getting an A+ lets you work toward both achievements at once.
You’re already 10% of the way to buying a house.
Have $100,000 in your bank account.
Once your balance reaches the required amount, you’ll receive the achievement along with a hat and some money on Chervegram.
I hope you are happy
Call 911 twice in the game.
After making the calls, emergency services will block you, and the achievement will unlock.
Use 911 only inside the game. Do not call it in real life.
All power to the worms
Throw an intern into the trash can on the floor.
If you need the intern again afterward, use Reset Objects from the pause menu.
Big Brother
During a video call, film an intern without their permission.
The achievement unlocks when you record them during the call.
I work better in silence.
Pick up the radio and throw it onto the floor.
Once you break the radio, the achievement will unlock.
I demand attention
Throw all the items from your desk onto the floor.
If the achievement doesn’t unlock, also clear the items from the top shelf.
A lucky break
Use the 20-sided die and keep rolling it until you get a 20.
You must actually roll the die until 20 appears. If you get any other number, then it won’t unlock the achievement.
You’ll also receive an RGB keyboard skin and some money.
Is this even legal?
Print a $1,000 bill.
You can use the money printer after reaching the required level in Financial Intuition. Keep pressing the money-printing button because the $1,000 bill has a chance to appear.
It was awkward
Draw something on a piece of paper, then throw the paper into the trash.
You can draw anything.
Worm-fluencer
This achievement requires you to collect all Smartphone rewards.
Here are the requirements:
- Have $100 in your balance
- Drink 3 glasses of water in one day
- Water the plant you sleep in
- Jump 4 feet horizontally in one jump
- Draw on a man’s picture with a marker
- Have $100,000 in your balance
- Send a message to any colleague
- Sleep for a total of 40 hours
- Go through a wormhole
- Compliment Steve
- Find a ladybug
- Start a relationship with M.
- Spill water on the keyboard
- Throw the intern out of their workstation
- Scan a frog using the printer
- Change the radio channel
- Give money to the grandmother who calls you
- Scan yourself on the printer and send your image to Steve
- Roll a 20-sided die and get 20 or 1
- Drink coffee 3 times in one day
- Remove the intern during a video call
- Reach the maximum training multiplier
- Pour water on an intern
- Interrupt your boss’s video call with water
You can find the frog needed for the printer task on the top shelf.
Discerning taste
Buy everything available in the Shop.
This includes all items and all 100 interns, so this achievement requires a lot of money.
Transcendental invertebrate
Unlock all achievements in the game.
If you have already completed every achievement but this one is not unlocking, then restart the game and check again.
Wormhole Torment Mode achievement removed
The game’s 1.0.3 update removed Wormhole Torment Mode as an achievement.
Previously, players had to complete the Wormhole on the highest difficulty for the 100% achievement list. The developers changed this after player feedback because they felt the challenge was too difficult and disconnected from the rest of the achievement list.
If you had every other achievement before the update, you should receive Transcendental Invertebrate when you open the game.
Torment Mode itself is still available. If you complete it now, you will be rewarded with a special plaque for your wall instead of an achievement.
