Combolands: Roguelike Citybuilder has 21 Steam achievements that you can unlock in your normal playthrough, but two of them are hidden. These are Bribery and Corruption and Hidden Enchantment, and they are unlocked via secret guilds.
The tricky part is that even if you unlock the secret guild, you won’t get the achievement immediately. You will have to complete a normal run after unlocking it. Here is how to unlock both secret achievements in Combolands: Roguelike Citybuilder.
How to Unlock Bribery and Corruption?
The Bribery and Corruption achievement is tied to the Rogue Guild.
To unlock it, you first need to get the Spymaster. The Spymaster can appear as a Milestone challenge during a run, so you may need to play multiple runs before you get the required option.
Once the Spymaster is unlocked, its vote can appear during a run. Taking the Spymaster vote adds Rogue buildings to your available building pool.
After unlocking the Rogue buildings, finish the run in normal mode. Do not rely on an Endless run for the achievement.
Here’s how to unlock this achievement in quick steps:
- First, unlock the Spymaster through its Milestone challenge.
- Get the Spymaster vote during a run.
- This will add Rogue buildings to the building pool.
- Complete the current run before entering an Endless run.
- The Rogue Guild will unlock, and the achievement should also unlock.
How to Unlock Hidden Enchantment?
The Hidden Enchantment achievement is connected to the Arcane Guild.
For this one, you need to work toward the Wizard vote. One of the easiest routes is through the Antiquarian and the Gemstone Satchel.
Get a Gemstone Satchel, fill it with gems, and sell it. You’ll get a crown for doing this. Now sell the crown to get the Wizard vote.
Taking the Wizard vote permanently unlocks it and adds Arcane buildings to the available pool.
Then finish the run in normal mode to unlock the Arcane Guild and the achievement.

- Find or unlock the Antiquarian.
- Get a Gemstone Satchel.
- Fill it with gems.
- Sell the filled satchel.
- Obtain the crown.
- Sell the crown to get the Wizard vote.
- Take the Wizard vote.
- Finish the run in normal mode.
Best Way to Get Both Achievements
You can choose Civic or Commercial if you are only going for these achievements. If you manage to make plenty of coins, then it will be easy for you to work toward the Rogue requirements, and it also helps with shop rerolls.
For the Arcane route, having enough coins for rerolls can help when searching for the Antiquarian and the items needed for the Wizard vote.
One important thing to remember is that unlocking a secret guild does not always mean the achievement will pop immediately. Player reports indicate that unlocking these through Endless can carry the guild unlock into future runs, while the achievement itself may require completing the unlock in a non-Endless run.
If you have already unlocked the required guild but the achievement is missing, complete another normal run. If it still does not appear, restarting the game may trigger another achievement check.
